Lupe Fiasco & Pharrell Williams Announce a Joint Album Coming Soon

2012 might be the year of joint albums for the rap game,Lupe Fiasco and Pharrell Williams have announced plans to create an album together. A post on Lupe's official site, announced that the collaborative effort and Lupe's next solo record, Food and Liquor 2, are both "coming soon."

Lupe and Pharrell were also two thirds of Child Rebel Soldier (CRS), a supergroup rounded out by Kanye West. The trio's debut "Us Placers" impressed listeners of Kanye's 2007 mixtape Can't Tell Me Nothing, and they collaborated again for a remix of N*E*R*D's single "Everyone Nose" from their 2008 album Seeing Sounds.
